Care delivery in human services involves four essential elements: care, provider, consumer, and resource.
The MASTRR™ Solutions product family offers corresponding functions that support the various stages of the care delivery process:
- Determining the nature of the system of care (e.g., health, community capacity development, special education) to structure care nomenclature
- Developing a provider network
- Care delivery planning expressed through general service goals and specific care manifestations, such as prescriptions, referrals, instructions, and authorizations
- Notifying providers to deliver care as planned
- Delivering care
- Submitting claims or invoices to report that a provider has delivered care
- Re-evaluating care planning
- Monitoring and continually developing the provider network based on past care delivery, consumer population, etc.
The conventional elements of a “standard” service delivery cycle and their relationships are graphically presented below.
