Care delivery in human services involves four essential elements: care, provider, consumer, and resource.

The MASTRR™ Solutions product family offers corresponding functions that support the various stages of the care delivery process:

  • Determining the nature of the system of care (e.g., health, community capacity development, special education) to structure care nomenclature
  • Developing a provider network
  • Care delivery planning expressed through general service goals and specific care manifestations, such as prescriptions, referrals, instructions, and authorizations
  • Notifying providers to deliver care as planned
  • Delivering care
  • Submitting claims or invoices to report that a provider has delivered care
  • Re-evaluating care planning
  • Monitoring and continually developing the provider network based on past care delivery, consumer population, etc.

The conventional elements of a “standard” service delivery cycle and their relationships are graphically presented below.
