ACA was founded in 1982 by Allan M. Collautt, Ph.D., who gave the company his name, talent, and compassion. It began its business activities with providing consulting, software development, and information management services to customers from diverse industries. Environmental protection and waste management, field service management, distribution, publishing, travel, electronics, insurance, health, and charities were a few of the areas in which ACA was involved during its first ten years. Our installation sites were located in many U.S. states as well as abroad in Canada, England, and Portugal. Today, ACA is expanding its business activities to China to assist the Chinese government in increasing the diversity and efficiency of its public welfare programs.

The company found its true calling in 1989 when it entered the field of public welfare and human services. Since that time, ACA has continuously specialized and diversified its involvement with human services care delivery systems, and it has offered its human services data management solutions to governmental, quasi-governmental, and private not-for-profit organizations serving public sector customers. We have an established track record of helping our partners in human services provide exceptional support for their clients.
