Alex Collautt brings 21 years of experience to ACA in the areas of consulting, program management, software product development, and custom software implementation. As the CIO at ACA, Mr. Collautt is responsible for all IT-related aspects of the company, including product development, quality assurance, and all internal IT-related functions.

Mr. Collautt is also responsible for strategic development at ACA. In this role, he provides guidance on new product development, as well as overall direction for expanding ACA’s products and services. His experience is congruent with ACA’s unique proficiency in bridging the gap between industry subject matter expertise and technological expertise.

Mr. Collautt has been involved with ACA since 1989 in product development, service delivery, and business process consultation. This has allowed him to be involved in different aspects of the human services industry and to work with a variety of stakeholders. With this background, Mr. Collautt has observed industry changes over more than two decades. This allows him to better understand and foresee the impact of upcoming regulatory, political, and environmental changes.

Between 2001 and 2007, Mr. Collautt left ACA to broaden his experience in IT development. During this period, he offered software development and project management consulting services in several industries, including pharmaceutics and energy. By being involved in system development in such highly regulated environments, he brings expertise with validated systems and understands how critical IT solutions are for ACA’s customers.
