Angela Boyer Meehan is primarily responsible for assisting customers in meeting mandated reporting requirements on behavioral health services and managing all data files received from state agencies and managed care organizations. Ms. Meehan also plays an active role in analyzing data file contents, investigating and evaluating validation errors, and testing and updating software.

Prior to joining ACA in 2002, Ms. Meehan worked in the care management department at one of the nation’s largest behavioral health managed care organizations. Her experience there served as a basis for her knowledge and understanding of principles pertaining to the behavioral health managed care industry and information systems.

Ms. Meehan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Villanova University and a certification in HIPAA Health Care EDI Standards.
