Lisa Smith has been active in the administrative support field for 25 years. Since 1995, she has worked in many administrative and marketing support areas at ACA, including the office of the President and CEO. Ms. Smith's competence, caring, enthusiasm, and undying optimism make her an invaluable part of the company and a source of encouragement, assistance, and friendly advice to ACA staff.

Today, Ms. Smith's duties include executive administrative support, human resources coordination, and day-to-day management of the ACA office. In September 2007, she was appointed Corporate Secretary.

Ms. Smith's greatest assets are her knowledge and understanding of company's business and history, and her ability to be flexible and to apply this knowledge in administrative support for all units of ACA. Ms. Smith's professional background includes working for an international software company, a community college, a major oil company, and a retirement facility.

Ms. Smith holds an Associate’s Degree from Delaware County Community College, and she is also a graduate of the Keystone-Chubb Business School.
