In her role as Director of Client Relations, Ms. Turnbull acts as a client liaison, and is responsible for fostering and broadening relationships with current and prospective ACA clients. She manages ACA staff, project deadlines and client expectations to achieve optimum results in a timely manner. With open communication as the key to maintaining positive client relationships, Ms. Turnbull utilizes ongoing data analysis, project updates and documentation to keep ACA clients informed and in touch with their data and project needs.
Before joining ACA in 2006, Ms. Turnbull worked as a clinical Art Therapist, Technical Writer, and Video Producer and Project Manager. Her varied career experience across technical and non-technical fields enables her to bridge the gap between clients and technical staff. Her strong interpersonal skills, organized project management style, and ability to communicate effectively in both written and visual media are valued by clients and co-workers.
Ms. Turnbull holds a B.A. in Art with a Psychology minor from Rosemont College and a M.A. in Creative Arts Therapy from Hahnemann University.
