Thomas J. Foga has been active in the worlds of finance and management for more than 30 years. A graduate of Peirce College, he recently retired as its Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Executive Committee. Mr. Foga is a Certified Public Accountant who had advanced to partnership level in a major international certified public accounting firm. He has experience operating his own consulting business specializing in the health industry, construction, and real estate.

Mr. Foga's business astuteness, his abilities in administrative and financial management, and his interpersonal skills have allowed him to successfully negotiate and coordinate the sale of companies in domestic and international markets. He fulfilled the responsibilities of a CEO and COO for various companies that required his level of talent and experience during expansion and diversification.

Despite the demands of his dynamic professional career, Mr. Foga always finds time for public activities and community service. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and he served for a number of years in the Catholic Youth Organization and the Church Council. His awards include Alumnus of the Year from Peirce College and an Award of Honor for outstanding service and contribution to the Home Builders Association.

Mr. Foga is currently serving as Executive Vice President and CFO of Allan Collautt Associates, Inc. with responsibility for the administrative and financial functions of the company and for assisting the President and CEO in strategic planning and management.
