ACA recognizes the importance of academic communities in issues related to the administration of public welfare. Toward this end, ACA is focused on developing working relationships within the Chinese academic community in order to elicit their involvement in community integration initiatives in China.

During their most recent trip to China. ACA President & CEO, Allan Collautt, and Chief Representative for Asia Pacific Affairs, Lily Li, met with Zheng GuoAi, the Party Secretary and Vice President of the Preparatory School for Chinese Students to Japan, which is part of Northeast Normal University. In this meeting, all parties discussed joint educational opportunities that would advance a mutually beneficial relationship between ACA and Northeast Normal University.
