Strategic Alliances

Throughout its history, ACA has been eager to develop, foster, and maintain strategic alliances to better satisfy the needs of our customers through pooling of complementary talents and through the development of synergic affiliations. The major benefits that these cooperative efforts offer our partners and us are:

  • Selective approach to the development of alliances and their long-term nature assure that our cooperative efforts are underpinned with a common philosophy, founding principles, and values.
  • Cooperative efforts by the contributors of complementary talents further improve our joint ability to deliver innovative solutions responsive to the needs of the public welfare industry.
  • Participatory approach to problem solving is usually more cost-effective and better able to afford best practices and standards.
  • Lasting private-public partnerships and shared risk arrangements promote efficiency of efforts and effectiveness of results.
Our partners have proven ability to deliver quality specialized products and services in a reliable, fiscally responsible, and cooperative manner.

ACA openness to strategic alliances is also based on our recognition of the frequent need to integrate, within the framework of a single project, multiple areas of high specialization. For example, the establishment of a publicly controlled behavioral health managed care organization (MCO) or of a structure for oversight of a private MCO requires the availability of a multi-faceted team of professionals who possess knowledge and practical experience with public systems of care; finance and accounting; actuarial studies; insurance and risk management; utilization management; provider network development; consumer satisfaction; care coordination; information and document management; administrative management; legal issues; etc. Through years of its business engagements, ACA has developed valuable relationships with organizations and individuals who have proven ability to deliver quality specialized products and services in a reliable, fiscally responsible, and cooperative manner. This allows ACA to maintain and to continue expanding its strategic partnerships that have already grown into a stable tradition. An additional advantage of this tradition is the ability of ACA to complete successfully assignments with aggressive timelines relying, whenever necessary, on the network of our allies, subcontractors, and associates.

Our business associates and partners, from large organizations to single individuals, include:
