The implementation of Pennsylvania’s Department of Public Welfare (DPW) Consolidated Community Reporting (CCR) Enterprise Initiative has the potential to introduce significant changes to encounter reporting requirements. For many counties, the initiative introduces potential hurdles to the administration of their mental health programs.
MASTRR™ CCR, a light-weight application designed by ACA to maintain mental health consumer and service information, can provide the answer to counties seeking a solution to new regulatory requirements that their current systems may be unable to handle. The overarching design principle for MASTRR™ CCR was to create a user-friendly interface that would address the need of mental health agencies to comply with ever-changing DPW reporting requirements, while also supporting their typical internal business processes. MASTRR™ CCR is a low-cost, feature-rich application with many benefits for your organization.
| Data Entry | Supplies real-time edit-checks and limits data entry selections to only allowed values. |
| Management | Contains reporting capabilities to support internal analysis needs, such as service utilization and other mental health operation statistics. |

| Compliance | In conjunction with the ACA Service Bureau, provides compliance with HIPAA standardized transactions for encounter data reporting, including 837 Healthcare Claims and 277 Healthcare Claim Status Notification. |
