Case management is the ongoing support public welfare agencies offer consumers to assist them in interacting with the system so that they gain the maximum benefit. MASTRR™ Solutions provides a complete set of tools to assist agencies in performing effective case management. This module allows users to open, manage, and close cases and episodes through one central interface. Users may also create cases through the Case Management module with a "closed" case status to enter historical data.

MASTRR™ Solutions will open a new case for each consumer introduced to the system through the intake process. In addition, MASTRR™ Solutions recognizes the concept of an episode as a specific instance of need and the services delivered to address that need. Public welfare agencies can refine their case management process using MASTRR™ Solutions to manage service delivery at the episode level.
