The purpose of the Organization Management module of MASTRR™ Solutions is to systematize information management about the agency itself, as well as organizations with various relationships to the agency.

Organizations may be defined in the application with roles such as provider, insurance carrier, funding authority, or trading partner. The module facilitates the process of entering and maintaining organization information and organizational structures, including information about providers’ local or national identification codes, addresses, certification, licensing, and specialization information.

The Contract Management module records all contracts the MASTRR™ Agency has created with providers, making this information available to those who oversee the contracts. The module also provides the flexibility to assign more than one rate to each contracted service based on time period, characteristics of the service event, and characteristics of the client.

Public welfare agencies may either combine intakes or maintain them independently through disposition. The module can link intakes that result in opening or re-opening a case or intakes associated with a currently active case.
