The administrative process of any public welfare agency requires managing information about consumers, their significant others, staff, or contacts.

As a core module of MASTRR™ Solutions, the Secure Person Registry provides public welfare agencies with a solution that allows them to record, maintain, and monitor demographic, socio-economic, insurance, family, and other relevant information.

The MASTRR™ Secure Person Registry has been designed to reflect ACA’s motto, "Everyone is unique and no one is different," in that it recognizes every individual as a person, while respecting the many roles that each one of us assumes when we come into contact with public welfare systems. The Secure Person Registry protects the privacy of each individual, because users are not able to view the individual's relationship with the agency through the Secure Person Registry alone. This makes it the ideal solution for a public welfare agency in managing information about individuals regardless of their roles.

Complementary to the information about individuals, the MASTRR™ Secure Person Registry captures information about relationships among individuals and allows the staff of a public welfare agency to construct groups of associated people, such as families, support groups, etc. Thus, an individual in the Secure Person Registry may be identified as a foster parent of a child with an open case with a Child Welfare program, a mother of another child with a closed case with an Early Intervention program and an open case with a Mental Retardation program, a caller who reported potential financial abuse of a senior to an Area Agency on Aging, and so on. In addition, a child in a public welfare system may be recorded in MASTRR™ Solutions as living with biological parents, two siblings, and a grandparent, with personal information about these relatives recorded as well.

In addition to managing information about people, the module also allows the agency to record information about contacts between the agency and individuals. The Secure Person Registry supports the business process of managing contacts, from initial contact, through follow-up by an agency staff member, to the final disposition.
