Since 1998, ACA has implemented and maintained the MASTRR™ products family (Micro-Analytical System for Tracking, Retrieval, and Reporting). These products offer top-quality data management and reporting capabilities, allowing our customers to capture data in organized categories to maintain department-specific information, while establishing a common platform across departments. The result is uniform data collection and presentation throughout an organization, which enables our customers to extract meaningful information for decision-making.

An integral part of all ACA product implementations is our focus on HIPAA compliance, and our ability to adapt our products to a range of regulatory requirements. We also incorporate security measures and configurable user security profiles to safeguard information, so that administrators can limit access to application functions, screens, and data.

MASTRR™ products are highly configurable, allowing administrators to design unique forms down to individual fields, text, and dropdown selections. And our web-based architecture enables easy information sharing with both remote users and external organizations. For large organizations or small ones, the flexibility and user-friendliness of our products makes them easily adaptable to the needs of our customers.

Our relationship with our customers doesn’t end once the system implementation phase is completed. We provide detailed training sessions and user manuals, as well as a fully-staffed help desk to provide unmatched technical support and assistance to our customers as they use our products.

MASTRR™ Solutions

The most recent version of our flagship application, MASTRR™ Solutions, facilitates data and system integration as well as standardized care delivery activities across multiple funding streams. MASTRR™ solutions is a browser-based information portal solution, providing flexibility and easy access. It is one integrated system composed of two logical, complementary components: an Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) system and a centralized data warehouse for analysis and informed decision-making.

MASTRR™ CCR

MASTRR™ CCR is a streamlined, economical solution ACA has designed to help counties maintain mental health consumer and service information and to satisfy new regulatory requirements. MASTRR™ CCR offers mental health agencies a user-friendly interface that supports both their internal business processes and their external data submission and reporting needs.




MASTRR™ Monitor

ACA has developed a data warehouse for behavioral health services information that is currently in use by a quasi-governmental agency to monitor the performance of the behavioral health managed care program it oversees. In addition to a wide range of management reports based on service utilization and eligibility information, this data warehouse includes Online Analytic Processing (OLAP) capability, providing users with extremely flexible, comprehensive access to health services information.
