One of the main causes for anxiety is stakeholder participation in those counties that have elected or may elect in the future to refuse the right of the first opportunity offered to them by the State.
Understanding HealthChoices MIS Oversight On Thursday, May 4, 2006, Mark Belding, PhD, Director of Data Management and Howard Weitz, LSW, ACSW, Director of Customers Operations and Sales, gave a presentation to the Managed Advisory Committee of Franklin and Fulton Counties as they are preparing to enter into the HealthChoices program by electing to accept the right of first opportunity to manage the contract themselves.
