Centers of Excellence Funding Transition
In 2016, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) began implementing Opioid Use Disorder Centers of Excellence (COEs) as part of the Wolf administration’s efforts to combat the opioid epidemic in Pennsylvania.
