In addition to HIPAA, ACA warrants that its Privacy Policy allows for compliance with Pennsylvania’s Breach of Personal information Notification Act, the Pennsylvania Social Security Number Privacy Act and 42 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) part 2, where applicable.
